Betsy Barron is the president and chief appraiser of  FRONT GATE APPRAISALS as well as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Professionals, Inc of Lakewood.  As a Certified Residential Appraiser, she has experience in all types of single family residential properties, including speciality areas as small residential income properties, plans and specs, new construction, horse properties, and condominiums.  Betsy has lived in the Denver metro area for over 16 years and by blending both aspects of real estate has a vast knowledge of the community and its fast growing real estate market.  She has built a strong business with a team of knowledgeable associates with a plethora of experience that stays alert to our ever changing market.  Our office is HUD approved to perform FHA appraisals. This diverse group of appraisers is strategically located in areas across Colorado that allows Front Gate Appraisals to support a larger coverage area than most firms. Betsy has also worked in corporate management which enables her to professionally articulate with consumers, brokers, lenders and review boards.
